Should any concerns arise, we will notify you with recommendations and solutions and take immediate action for emergency issues.

Project Management and Specialty Services

Beacon Property Care offers complete project management for larger repairs and improvements/renovations, and specialty services for those more infrequent solutions that require professional attention. Our experienced and knowledgeable team and collection of vetted preferred vendors take great pride in providing quality services that exceed client expectations. We assume responsibility for the selection of vendors and subcontractors and their work and make sure that the project’s needs and goals are met.
